Changed your mind about when you would like to attend Enchant? No worries! We do our best to accommodate most transfer requests. Please note: we can't transfer tickets once the date the ticket was issued for has passed (unless rain/snow cheques were issued for that day).
How to complete a ticket transfer:
- Check availability: Go to the Enchant event calendar here, to see which dates have availability. If you request a transfer to a sold out date, it will be declined.
- Go to transfer request page: To transfer dates on an existing Enchant order, go to www.ticketZone.com/transfers
- Order ID: Grab your order ID from the email receipt that was sent to you by ticketZone.com after purchasing.
- Choose date: Tell us the new date that you would like your tickets
- Click submit!
- Wait patiently:We'll approve or decline your transfer request in <3 business days... usually sooner!
Do you support last minute transfers?
We do our best on a case by case basis, depending on support request volume. Our current average response times are less than 24 hours, so we've been fairly good at supporting last minute transfer requests... but we can't make any guarantees ;)
If my transfer request was declined, can I try again?
Yes! Be sure you've checked the Enchant events calendar for availability and feel free to try again for a different date.
The date I want to transfer to says "after 8pm available"
Dates marked as "After 8pm Available" on the Enchant ticket calendar are sold out of all general access tickets. You may still transfer tickets to this date if you wish, but your tickets will only be valid for scanning at the front gate from 8pm or later. If you would like to attend Enchant at an earlier time, you will need to provide us with a different date to transfer to.
Help - I lost my Order ID!
No worries! Just email support@ticketZone.com with the email address used to purchased your tickets and we'll re-send you your receipt to that same address. Alternatively, you can log into your ticketZone account (if you set one up) and retrieve it yourself there.
Can I do a partial transfer?
If you have multiple tickets in your order and you would like to transfer only some of them to a new date, you'll need to email support@ticketZone.com. Be sure to include your order ID, email address of purchase, the new dates you would like to transfer to, and which specific tickets types (and quantities) to transfer.
